[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

Can you put this post on the main page, loads of people need the info in it, the same question keeps being re-asked.

1. What were you doing before the game froze? (E.g. just joined server, in the middle of the match)

Freezes while loading a game and/or in the middle of a match. Every time server changes map as well.

 Where is it freezing? (E.g. on the deploy screen/ when player clicks deploy)

While map is loading, in game. No specific place just anywhere.

1. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have (Slim, Super Slim, 1st generation)

250 GB Xbox 350 S (Latest generation)

1. What class were you playing at the time the game froze

All classes but mainly Assault or Recon

1. Do you have any additional information for us?

Crashes have increased 100% since MP update 8 was installed. The game cannot complete a full round on any game mode and as soon as the server changes map the game crashes. Deleted cache and also deleted title update and re-installed but this does not fix the issue.
