[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

Have used the suggested fix for the Xbox 360 and have not had freezes during loading anymore (never mind just happened).

1.  In the middle of a match and loading screen

2.  Consistently freezes during Dawnbreaker map

 

3.  1st Gen Xbox

 

4.  Assault
