We really need someone from EA to comment today to let us know what is being done to fix this. I heard AMD are working on new drivers but is there an ETA on when these will be available to download and install? Thank you!
i know it's only the first few days of launch. bugs are to be expected. but can EA/DICE at least show some respect to its customers who bought the game and at least come out here and ackowledge that they're paying attention to problems like this and a fix is in the works.
it's just basic common sense customer service.... come on..
because of this problem i have already stopped playing the game.
i feel like i wasted 70 bucks i cant play the game because of this crash issue so im right here with you. we need some customer support answers and they havent responded back yet after 9 pages.
