[INFO REQUEST] server information for the missing statistic issue

I'm running on a PS3. When I start the game all my advances except score seem to be missing. If I quit the game and do a load out on my Ipad or Android phone a lot of time it will pop back up. This morning I downloaded the handgun pack and DMR pack as soon as I started the game nothing was there just basic start from scratch guns and accessories.
