I'm missing all unlocks. Unless I play on china rising maps then everything is fine. Any server playing regular maps I get this issue. I usually play domination but any other game mode I've tried has had the same problem except for china rising maps. This happens to me once or twice a month since this game launched. I'm on PS4 if that helps at all.
Edit: Although I've completed the Open Fire and Multi-Talent assignments, at the end of every round I see my progress as restarted. One more thing: my unlocks appear fine in battle log, but not on the battle log app.
