Missing items/progression/stats: stat went from rank 53 to rank 0. All kits and weapons and loadouts and attachments all gone.

How often does this issue occur: all day every day for the past 3 or more days.

Has happened once before prior to becoming a Premium Member.
This happens to all my friends too and all other players on all other servers had the same Rank 0 and reset loadouts and stats. If this isn't fixed by the end of the weekend I'm getting a full refund from PSN for Premium and selling the BF4 PS4 Disc. You need to inform your customers when this will be fixed, and if the fix is permanent or temporary.
