when i play battlefield 4 on my ps4 i have been running to this major problem: i wil join a game and everything i have unlocked is gone, i am stuck with the basic items that are given to you and i am forced to run through and unlock everything all over again. i will quit the match and load another match and the same thing happens over and over again. ive taken the time to count how many matches it took to load my items, i stopped count after 30. once i hit 30 i gave up and walked away. if i look at my battlelog on my ps4 it'll show nothing. it shows i have 0 expereince and nothing unlocked. i am basically a brand new player playing battlefield for the very first time. this has been going on for a while now, i've called customer service about this and i was told to just delete the game. the agent walked me through on how to delete the game. since i was confused to as why id delete my game. and i was basically told good after i was forced to delete my game. call ended. another agent told me that to log onto battlefield battlelog and change settings online than go onto my ps4 and see if that fixed anything. nothing was fixed and again i was told good luck and was emailed this forum. i quit call of duty so i can play battlefield 4, i have heard nothing but great things about battlefield 4. after the many issues i've had with call of duty and realizing how much of a horrible game call of duty is, i'd gladly give up battlefield 4 and go back to call of duty at this point.
