Hello, I am experiencing no sound effects like gunshots, grenades and things like that. The bf4 background music works just fine. This has happened twice when I tried joining 2 different multiplayer TDM games on PC. This is my first experience with your battlefield franchise and I see a lot of potential in this game, when the game is working properly. I could actually see myself playing this a whole lot more if all the problems get fixed soon (which I hope they). But as of late, its becoming more and more frustrating not being able to play when I want to and at times I just want to quit. So please EAI fix this soon.
My system parts list is as followed.
CPU - i7 4820k
GPU - MSI GTX 770 w/ up to date drivers from nvidia
RAM - ADATA 8gb pc1600mhz
MB - x79a MSI GD45 Plus
ON-Board Sound controlled by latest Realtek driver.
OS - WIndows 8.1
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB - Catalyst 13.12
Audio: USB PnP Sound Device - SteelSeries Siberia V2 USB - latest drivers
But also have the following devices, but they're all disabled in the Device Manager
- AMD HD Audio Device
- HD Audio Device
- Realtek HD Audio
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Game mode: TDM
I have tried repairing and rebooting etc. This issue was obviously introduced by the latest patch.
