While we are investigating, please check following workaround:

Open your Originclient, go to your "My Games" library -> righclick on the BF4 icon -> Repair install of Battlefield 4.

Ensure drivers (sound and video) are up-to-date. A clean boot test might worth a try.

Repair does not work still no sound it wouldn't be so bad but there is no point playing the game with no sound I give up with it
