[Info Request] Sound issues after latest 30 Jan patch

I am on 360. It generally only lasts one round afterwards we have sound. If you lag out n try joining again you'll have to suffer thru with no sound once again. There also appears to be 4 small white squares on the right side of the screen that flash periodically during the round, the first two are colored in white, the 3rd empty, and the last colored. These are what I've noticed during game play.
