Having the issue too, checked on SQDM and TDM. All sounds are gone, except some minor, like parachute, grenade, ammo/medkit deploy. Here's my hardware:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz

8,00 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (OC)

Here's what I've got in the "Sound, video and game controllers" tab:

NVIDIA High Definition Audio

NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)

Realtek High Definition Audio

All the drivers are up to date.
