Hi Gazza,
Come on guys, if i have to play the bad role here i'm ok with that.
But a company can greatly improve his services by listening customers.
I'm just sick of that lack of communication. Is that so complicated to warn ppl on the origin platform?
I Agree with you on some points but as you may know if you spend a bit of time here, EA have a idiotic way to answer to large problems.
Mark the post "Solved" and lock it. "Oh god, we did a good work there" Even if 90% of the community keep saying that it isn't solved at all.
I lost some hours that i'll never get back too to read the tread and thats mainly why i'm a bit pissed off now. The problem itself is a thing, the communication that you do on it can help a lot, unfortulately, they don't.
Look at the EA answers dude... and tell me that is professional... regarding the importance of the problem. They posted that the problem is fixed... Why, when... no infos. and when u comes around to say that it isn't. They all vanished.
Battlefield is a pretty stable and well developped game (exept the netcode :-) ) , no problems about that, don't miss the point of my post you'll maybe have a better understanding of my "impatient idiot behaviour"
I not raging against EA in general, I'm sure that they do all they can to fix that, but they keep fooling the players with some useless answers (as my post.. Yeah..What goes around, comes around...)
