EA, how about making sure the game actually has the necessary files to run? Troubleshoot does say it's missing a .dll - this isn't anyone's fault but yours, so quit playing all-enlightened and fix YOUR game so WE can play it. You have six pages worth of specs and described problems and you're asking for more. Just look into your release and re-release it.
If you set it to xp sp2 then it says missing .dll files but they are in the game folder. on xp some games expect the files to be in system32, i did copy them over there but just got us back to where we started.
