[INFORMATION] Origin version BF1942 won't launch

Same problem as everyone else. I have a Samsung notebook CoreI3, 3GB RAM and Windows 7 Professional 32bit.
As I try to run BF1942.EXE with compatibility mode (Windows XP SP2), get the following message:

"Missing required file: ssleay32.dll"

EA, it is a SHAME on all of us who GREW UP playing this game. You are messing with other people's feelings, for real.
This topic is up for MONTHS and still no answer, no fix, nothing...
