"After you have done this, contact an EA advisor
The advisor says that you have to log out @ Origin.
Now he is going to fix the issue.
Quote from EA Advisor: "Yes, I added entitlements on your account. Also, creating EA Classic name helps to resolve your issue ."
If he is done. Log in again and here you go, the game starts."
So to contact an EA Advisor, what i need to say exacly?

I contacted them via the online chat.
1. go to help.ea.com
2. on the right hand side, click "Contact Us"
3. "What can we help you with?" -> type "Battlefield 1942" -> click "Find Solutions"
4. In the second dropdown, check "General Technical Support" -> click "Find Solutions"
5. Click "I still need help"
6. Click "Chat now" or "Call me" (when in the US)
7. Wait until an advisor come up

CPU E5500 @ 2.80GHz
The game says it's launching, however nothing appear afterwards. Attemped to reinstall, restart PC, and run as Admin.
