Unfortunately we cant do anything here over the forums to help you with this issue. This could either be caused by an age restriction if your account is underage or it could be that you are in a region that is not supported for this deal or in some rare cases it can be due to your connection at the time. Try to sing in with your PC or other device and not a phone etc and see if it works. If it does not, then you are sadly out of luck.
Best bet is to contact support again if your account is underage but if your region is banned or not part of this deal, then there is nothing that can be done sadly and support sent you here by mistake.
It can’t be a age restriction, my DOB is 1980 (38) and is correct in my EA/ Origin PSN profile. And as for region, I am United States. I would find it hard to believe that one of the worlds biggest gaming consumer (The United States) would be a region not acceptable. But, I thank you for response and time. I am still awaiting to hear back from the EA Advisor/Help team.
Interesting indeed. If this is the case, then you must contact support again as we definitely cant help with this over the forums sadly.
