integrated graphics

Been in contact with acer support multible times to day, and tested out alot of Things but no luck getting battlefield 4 to Work with my Nvidia Geforce GT 640M on my laptop, so the foulth seems to be within battlefield 4, i can see any other games as active in the Nvidia GPU activity box, even battlefield 3 Works just fine, seen more having same issues so wondering when there will be an update to fix this issue, so people WHO only has laptops can play the game, running with 10-20 FPS on the lowest settings makes game unplayable and people with laptops scould be able to get a full refund of there Money if Theres no plan to fix this issue...

Here is what ive tried so far.

Ok i got an acer v3-771 laptop with Intel Core i7-3610QM @ 2.3 GHz
2 Graphics Cards Intel HD Graphics 4000 and a Nvidia GT 640M and Windows 7.

Ive installed all the latest drivers, tried removing both Cards in device manager, tried to disable the Intel Card but that made it impossible to play BF4 came out with the message that i dident have a screen conneceted to my nvidia GPU and closed Down the game....

Ive got all power settings set to high performance, ive checked nvidias control panel that both BF4.exe files is set to use nvidia, and ive set global settings to use nvidia.

Ive been in my bios and Theres just nothing about Graphics Cards thought about disable Intel Card there but no such luck...
