Hello,

Just install x:\Battlefield 4\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist\vcredist_x64.exe and it will work again...

  You are not speaking with EA Customer service, the EA Answer HQ is a community run self help forum where gamers help other gamers solve their technical problems. You mentioned having updated everything but have you tried right clicking the BF4 icon and performing a repair? A repair will catalog all missing and corrupted files and replace them which may solve your problem if you haven't tried it yet.
