"INVALID LICENSE. Reason code = missing DLL:" Problem for Battlefield 4 Premium

"Invalid license" Problem persists for an entire year! I have re-installed 3 times, aw verified the files more times than I can count and looked through endless online threads about it.

My problem is that whenever I try to launch Battlefield 4 Premium Edition on PC through the Origin launcher (with all DLCs) I get the "Invalid License" problem before the game can even start. I bought the game legitimately a few years ago and this problem only appeared last year. It really pisses me off that with so many experiencing this yet EA seem to be oblivious. There are some that have gotten the problem fixed individually, but non that have been in my situation.

    You can try this: (maybe small differences depending on system) 

    1- Close Origin Fully

    2 - Open your Windows Drive

    3 - Open "Program Files (x86) for 64bit systems

    4 - Open the folder called" Origin Games "

    5 - Open the folder called" Battlefield 4 "

    6 - Open the folder called" _Installer "

    7- Open the folder called" vc "

    8 - Open the folder called" vc2012Update3 "

    9 - Open the folder called" redist "

    10 - Double click" vcredist_x64.exe "to run it

    11 - Agree to terms and click "Install"

    The list works as usual until step 7. When I open the installer there is only a folder called "DLC" but none called "vc".
