INVALID LICENSE REASON CODE=INVALID CIPHER (0x0006) - BF4

I already tried the procedure indicated in the comments, I mean:

1. Exit Origin completely. You can do this by right-clicking Origin in your system tray (near the clock) and selecting "Exit"

2. Open Internet Explorer (this will only work with Internet Explorer, not other browsers). Enter the following address into your address bar and press "Enter/Return"

C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License

3. Delete the file named either 71067.dlf or 70619 or 71069.dlf

After this perform a clean boot by following these steps:

Press and hold the 'Windows' Key followed by the 'R' key to open up a prompt window.

In the prompt window, type 'msconfig.'

When you have finished typing, click OK. At this point, you should now see the multi-tabbed System Configuration dialog box.

Click on the 'General' tab

Choose the 'Selective startup' option

Uncheck the 'Load startup items' box.

Open the 'Services' tab.

Check the 'Hide all Microsoft services' option at the bottom of the tab.

Click the 'Disable all' button.

When prompted, restart your computer.

BUT, these "71067.dlf or 70619 or 71069.dlf" were not THERE!, only a 1010958.dlf...

Anyway, after performing this CLEAN BOOT, my pc almost crashed, it won´t restart properly.

The only thing I didn´t tried was to uninstall the game and download it all over again, that´s because I think that, as a consumer, I deserve a better solution. Now I´ve been waiting all day long to find an avaiable chat and nothing untill now... And the time goes by and I can´t play the game I paid for. The double xp days are coming, I bought the premium version and all I can do is watch my static stats on battlelog... Trully dissappointed about EA... Gustavo (Brazil)

For me this fix was delete the license as listed above and REBOOT.  Tried it without a reboot and it did not work.  Deleted the license again and rebooted and fixed.

right click on game icon on the origin and click on REPAIR THE GAME ?
theres no RESTORE the game here.

 got the solution... 

Disinstall Bf3 + BF4 + Origin... and play another game.... 

I will never buy an EA Game anymore .... only unfinished games and a lot of bugs... 

Thank you EA + DICE for this **bleep**ing game an let me spent money for this... to get my money back i will steal another game and sale it ...

3.1) run the setup and follow instructions

4)Open it when downloaded

5)Go back to your web browser and click on PunkBuster Online Countermeasures

6) Select battlefield 4 

7)click on download PBSetup (PBSetup)  (its right on top wont miss it ❤️

8)scroll down and select windows or which ever OS your using

9)Type in the passphase

9.1) run setup and follow instructions

THEN

10) go to my computer 

11) click on unistall programs (can type it in start menu too )

12 ) look for bit raider  ( orange icon) ( should be on top) 

12) Uninstall it 

13) then join a server
