Irritably Incosistent FPS and massive drop in Hainan Resort

When I play the campaign my fps is ussually around 60- 80. While  On multyplayer it's rather chaotic, constantly changing between 40-70, it's kind of weird, you just don't know what you're supposed ...

    I have the exact same problem. Specially when the building is falling apart, I get 10 fps 😕mileysad: And with Mantle I get even worse performance. For now, I have everything in Low, hope they fix this in the upcoming new patch.

    R9 280x

    8GB RAM

    Windows 8.1
