Hey @BloodyYxX,
thanks for bringing that up - could you please try to flush your DNS Cache following the instructions in the English or German help article? That might help - potentially your IP location is interpreted incorrectly and that might help to rule that out. Feel free to tag me in your reply if you have any results.
since i got the idea that the router might be causing this issue i tried to get the trial through a mobile hotspot i got from my sim-card phone and i could get the trial and download it. so i think the router we r using is deploying some kind of proxy and blocking some kind of websites. So i guess the only solution is to get a new router or to find out a way to block the proxy my router might be deploying.

Hey @BloodyYxX,
that's an option, too, of course - once you added the game to your account and the region is applied correctly, you can then log back in via Origin and download the game from there.
You may also wanna check Origin, hover over your username in the bottom left corner, choose "EA Account and Billing" and then "Security" in the browser window that opens. If you scroll all the way down, you should see trusted devices and locations you've been logging in from - for some reason the IP seems to be IP location might be picked up incorrectly.
If you wanted to get another router anyway, feel free to do so. If not, maybe resetting the one you have can help, when you say there's a lot of rules and restrictions. Might be a bit of work to set it up from scratch, but still would save you the hassle of getting a new one.
