@BF1BetaTester Its only a TOS violation if you're creating another account to bypass another ban. You can have a secondary account without issues.

I would like to ask a secondary question based on the first answer if I may.
Is a server administrator allowed to ban a legitimate player running smurf accounts because the server admin has to deal with reports/hackusations etc or is this against the server admins TOS ?
@BF1BetaTester Basically they pay for the server they can kick/ban whoever they want. Join official servers so you don't have to deal with power hungry admins that kick all the time.
@MorningTimeCloud - Thanks for the response. I don't have any issues at all with the server admins, they are doing a really great job. All I wanted was some clear guidelines on what is allowed or isn't. Really appreciate the answers and thanks for your time.

I have quoted from the TOS on the link you provided.
"Please note that Server Administrators should not ban players for conduct that is not in breach of the TOS, for example, just because they are winning the round, have killed you, etc. The player being banned must be in violation of the TOS (which may include violation of the particular server's rules, provided these rules are in accordance with the TOS). "
How does that fit in though with what you previously said
