Is The Battlefield Hardline Premium worth it ?

Don't waste your money, I bought the premium edition of the game 119$, since criminal activity I have no more games available on any game modes and any maps.

I have wasted days and hours and hours with customer services to finally get this answer today by the "technician"

Eoghan: Okay, so you're still having issues finding a server since the Criminal Activity update, is that right?
you: it's not having problem, their is no servers at all, and you people should know because their is plenty of similar cases on Answer HQ and I have explained it to something like 10 of you people, I guess you keep record al the time (i hope)
Eoghan: Hi! Do you still need support?
Eoghan: That's right, I just wanted to confirm the issue with you.
you: of course because none of you have done anything, everytime I contacted you, you keep on making me do the same manipulations again and again
Eoghan: I'm not actually going to make you do anything here. In this matter, all that we can advise is that you report this on the forums like the other people you have mentioned. The reason for this is because those posts are actively monitored by community team members that work closely with Dice and Visceral and they can make them aware of  the issue and get them to amend it. It's going to take a patch to fix, but that's not something that we at Customer Support can do.

Eoghan: I'm sorry that we don't have an immediate fix for you, but the information that I've provided you with is honest and transparent and is the best way for you to get the support that you need. I'm sorry if this is not satisfactory for you, but the development team needs to address this on your behalf and I'd rather not go over steps that you've already done in a fruitless attempt to address an issue that will never be solved by those same steps.

And then they closed the case, don't take the risk, the game is not even worthy anyway 

if you mean for pc i dont know since unfortunately there are not a lot of servers from what  i heard .

No. We didn't get maps early, when we finally got them, they don't work. I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back.
