I know this is a little late but if you still need help opening ports this is the article for Battlefield Hardline.If you see a dash for numbers that includes all numbers in between. For example, below you'll see UDP ports for PlayStation 4.
80, 443, 1935, 3478-3480
This means the numbers are 80, 443, 1935, 3478, 3479, 3480.
