Is there any other way to get into contact with EA besides this **bleep**?

I recently downloaded china rising and it worked fine. Now when i try playing Air superiority it says i dont have it. Is there anyway i can personally talk to these **bleep**s besides this Answer hq ...

well just incase someone knows something about playstation are you referring to not being able to find the dlc to delete?

that link above will take you to ea support you need to choose ps3 as the platform on the list, select a topic while giving a brief description, and complete the request where you can enter into a chat with ea support or you can have them call you.

Yes, i am referring to not being able to delete the DLC. Do i need to delete all of Bf4 and then re-install it or will i lose all of my progress?
