Is this a decent rig to run bf4 on high with 35-50 frames

OS: windows 8.1 64 bit
AMD FX 6300 3.5 ghz over clocked at 4.1 six core
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon 7750 2 gb

Il think you will just about do it... you could run High preset but with AA turned off!
This is my setup...
Windows 8
AMD FX-6300 @ 4.85ghz
8gb Ram
Radeon 7870 Tahiti
I run Ultra - No AA - SSAO and 115+ Resloution Scale my FPS floats around 50 - 60

Thanks dude really want the game but seems it a little bit too glitchy at the moment
