issue with logging into the multiplayer of BF1, on PC.

I can launch the game fine, and it won't let me connect to EA online.

It says I'm not connected, with the 'Looks like you're offline' message and then prompts me to click 'Go Online'. Doing that says failed to connect to EA online, with a link to the help page.

I didn't have this issue in the past, and it started about a week ago. I assumed the servers were down, and the next time I wanted to play - today - I still had it.

I've restarted my router, checked my firewall settings, and reinstalled my game. I've checked my email to see if I'm banned, and I don't have an email telling me that. I used the Ultima Online Trace Utility that was recommended on the troubleshooting page, and it was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary.

What am I missing, if anything?
