I've got "?" on every Phantom Assignment?
You have to go to Battlelog, either on PC or Mobile(using Desktop-view) and follow the guide below to find the secret Skull to activate the Phantom Program.

Once you clicked on the Skull and the secret window opens, you have to enter Codes for certain stages of the Program.
Codes for Battlelog:
Phantom Prospect
--> "bumpinthenight” (without the quotes)
Phantom Trainee
--> “epic dream worlds” (without the quotes)
Phantom Initiate
--> “24344241893” (without the quotes)
With each Code the "?" for one of the secret Assignments will be replaced with the actual tasks.
If you unlocked the first 3 secret Assignments with those codes, you can work on the needed Tasks to finish them.
The 4th secret one (Phantom Operative) can only be done ingame as soon as you finished all previous ones including all necessary requirements.
Cause for this one you have to reach the Phantom Bow room on the map "Hangar 21" then enter a Code there to pass the force field. In that room, on top the highest cabinet to your right, you have a secret document to interact with that activates you "Phantom Operative".
