Joining Server forever. Never loads into game.

I've downloaded it once, with it always slowing down to 100 KBps so I pause and recontinued it to make it go as fast as it can. Why does this happen?

Also, after 7 days of pausing and recontinuing I finished it, so I start up the game on the battlelog and it says Joining Server permanently. It will never put me in a game. I've left the webpage to join that server on for a week and it still shows Joining Server in a blue bar at the bottom of the webpage. Yes, this does go for all server and not just that one. I've tried it on over 50 over a span of a week and a half.

So I was told to un-install everything else Origin and Battlefield related and re-install the game. Update my drivers, Disable Firewall and do my Microsoft updates. I finished all of that, and now I'm re-downloading it from Origin again. I can never pass 20 percent of completion and this is the error that keeps coming up once I reach 15-20 percent. http://gyazo.com/492d38173bfb32d81bd8d8eaf0c1134d.png

Where is the fix? I haven't played a second of Battlefield 4 yet.
