Jumping into empty servers Battlefield Hardline

I keep jumping into empty servers on Battlefield Hardline for 360. I tried contacting EA and Xbox live and they have not been able to help so far. I tried deleting and redownloading dlc and it did not...

I already downloaded the Multiplayer Update 2 but still nothing.

So its working, I re downloaded it after I dont how many times but hopefully its fixed.
