Just bought premium on ps4

Hello, i just bought premium like 24h ago, but haven't gotten my battlepacks nor dog tags could someone help me out? P.s bought it on ps4 on my psn account.

No it didnt download at all, i'll explain so it says installation with 0.00€ and when i click on it says content not found, but i got the expansions.

    I hapy player over 15 matches that wasn't helpful. Also my ps4 plus ended, and i've run out of money for now.
