Just getting started for a sue

Just boycott EA in the future ,. Does it not suck from money making then from bugs then from childish banning!! Got banned 72 hours due to a bad emblem hahaha ._. Seriously freedom of opinion and speech thay say here in the Netherlands. 

Swastika is so bad .Lol my clan and people close to me are boycotting EA ._. Not spending any euro again. Due to pornographic and all other emblems aren't a problem but a swastika is. Well EA childish * suckers._. U done * it up.   Now for freedom of opinion and speech we will Sue EA in a couple weeks and spam on YouTube the topic and news. Greets and see you ea guys very soon in court  We've a total of 26 man backing up from the Netherlands

    Well, first of all, you chose the wrong place. Answer HQ is a player-to-player help forum, so you won't get anything by posting here. Secondly, swastika is considered to be an offensive emblem, so it violates the Terms of Service... and you agreed to ToS when you created your account. You broke the rules, so you got punished. Simple as that. I can understand that much even though I'm just a normal player in Battlefield.
    Lastly, if you were upset with the decision anyway, you should have mailed accountdisputes@ea.com - cursing and threatening with lawsuit will not help, I can guarantee that much.

    And now, I will have to lock the thread due to it being non-constructive, sorry.

    Seeing as how your first thread was removed, you think you'd have gotten the idea. 

    As Spitfire has pointed out; threats of a lawsuit will not get you anywhere, in fact they are not to be discussed on any of our services. For some extra info a swastika is an illegal image in a few countries, as such we will not allow this or any symbols like it to be posted on Battlelog or any of our services. 

    You may deem this as having your free speech taken away but you agreed to abide by the Terms of service when you created your account, and if you cannot do so then action will be taken regardless of what your personal opinion of said image is.

    In future, anything along these lines should be directed to accountdisputes@ea.com. We are unable to assist with any account and billing related issues, bans and infraction or anything regarding lawsuits, so please refrain from posting about them.
