Just lost camo after joining a match.

joined an oblideration match.  2 of my friends and i all lost our adaptive camo's.  I'd like it back seeing as it came from a gold battlepack and wasn't an unlock.  restarted the game and several of our previously unlocked camo's are all gone.  the level of issues in this game is quickly becoming unacceptable.  i'm being very patient but my patience does have its limits.  i'm sure ea and dice don't want this to turn into another mass effect 3 PR nightmare....
