Having some problems accessing my router settings, think it must have been assigned a different IP.
I've tried:
192.168.0.1
192.168.1.0
192.168.1.1
I'll keep trying over the weekend and see what I can do.
Do you think it's likely to be a port forwarding issue, given that we still seem to be able to join games OK? As with the OP, it seems to be every 15-20 minutes of gameplay for me too.
Although I do get looping animations – similar to what you would expect from packet loss – for a few secconds immediately before being disconnected.

- Repair the game -
To use Repair Install for your game:
- Go to My Games in Origin
- Right-click the game image
- Select "Repair Install"
- Make sure all drivers are up to date
