key mapping issue

For a long time now I'm having issues with key mappings, for the functions to enter and exit vehicle, and to repair vehicles.

I know only the driver can repair the vehicle

But it seems that no matter what you map your keys to, always one function doesn't work.

ATM I can't enter or exit a vehicle, but it happened in the past that did work, but the repair was never working.

I found that you can use the same or different keys for when you are infantry or inside the vehicle, and I was trying to match that.

Example, they  key to enter a vehice as infrantry, to be the same key to exit the vehice once you are in it.

I understand what they are trying to do, but it's still not clear if this is a bug, or intended behaviour.
