key wont work

Question

My key is not working, I bought it from G2A twice from different sellers, it was for Battlefield 4. Just wondering if this is an Origin or G2A problem, when I go to activate the key it says "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code."

Hi @TNL_bern  This is a G2A problem and is regrettably the risk you take buying from grey market sites and unofficial sources. It would be best to contact G2A and the sellers to see if they're prepared to do anything.
