This isn't EA Customer service, this is a community run self help forum. Only the small number of mods actually work for EA, the rest of us are Battlefield players like you who know fixes for common Battlefield problems.
And why would the respond to this? Its all about individual server settings and server rules.
I assumed that, unlike those a Call of Duty, EA actually provided customer service. They had excellent service for me when I needed BF3 help with a server issue but that was on the phone. I understand how this forum could be helpful for PC users but as an xBox user there are not drivers to reinstall and so on. I know that PC users are having issues with the servers being unplayable as well but it just seems like the whole forum is for PC people only. (stepping down from soap box now lol) I'm just looking for a way to report a serious issue to them, that's all.
This is why forums annoy me. I try to provide constructive feedback in an effort to improve the game and it just ends up with juvenile users bickering amongst themselves. So go ahead painwagon, have your last childish word, I'll not waist any additional time on you. AND IT IS NOT RESOLVED
