June 2016 - I am still having this issue. When I originally purchased bf4 a year ago, I endwd up deleting everything including all the DLCs as I was so annoyed. It's not me hitting the R3 button on the Ps4 too hard, never an issue in any other game plus I have had it happen too many times where I know this is just not the case. I have a high K:D ratio but this is my number one frustration. It stopped me from buying hardline as it happened it that too. Would be looking forward to battlefield 1 but simply will not buy it with this issue not ever being addressed. Really, really disappointed. :-(

- ApprovedJune 2017 and this happened to me four times in a row. Using a sniper rife at close range the knife comes out when I pull the trigger. Four in a row!!! Will only happen when it's life or death. BF1 on Xbox one S brand new system and controller
