Im getting the dxgi_error_device_hung (The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed.), every game and I know that many other people are getting this too. Apparently it was an issue with battlefield 3 as well and still is to this day. It surprises me that this bug has been around for so long and nobody seems to actually understand what causes it apart from claims of bad code in the application itself. Have tried many claimed "fixes" for this and nothing works that I can find. Other than that crash the game runs perfectly on my rig and online works fine apart from the occasional server crash which is few and far between compared to this direct x one.
i am getting the device removed as well, i take it that is whaT YOU ARE GETTING YES?
