Known Battlefield 4 Issues and Next Steps (Updated: Mar 25)

When I went and played the full campaign for battlefield 4 on my xbox360 it saved or at least i thought it did until i went to play multiplayer and it said that my existing player data was damaged and could not be used. This issue happened on 11/5/2013, now i know you guys are trying to fix the problem but what do i do on my end like is there something wrong with my xbox or is it the server itself?
