Known Battlefield 4 Issues and Next Steps (Updated: Mar 25)

Im using an xbox 360 and this 'disc unreadable' error keeps popping up when i play mp. Ive tried cleaning the cache and installing the game (the installation stops after 20%), but nothing works. Also, it keeps making me reinstall update 1. I know a lot of people have been posting about this, but id really like some help. I was so looking forward to bf4 but its turned out to be quite a disappointment. Sp works perfectly though.
