PS3 has the same issue as PS4 in my last post. No game play audio just menu music, end of round music loop, etc.. but all other game modes are fine.

After the last patch I get the same on the PS4.  I have to listen to the end of game sounds through a whole game and then it finally is right in the next game.  This tends to happen after I quit a game I entered by mistake.  Or, it happens after the disk ejects and the game ends.
