Kunlun Mountains Collectible issue

I've played this single player mission seven times today trying to unlock all the dog tags and weapons, twice on easy, three times on normal, and two more times on Hard. After every play through, it keeps saying that I have 2/3 Dogtags even though I've picked up all three for the level. Every other level has all the collectibles maxed except this one. Is it a glitch or something?

I also play on the Xbox 360, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled BF4 before the last playthrough and that still hasn't worked.
