Kunlun Mountains Dog Tag glitch.

So i've collected all Dog Tags and weapons in the campaign, however the Kunlun Mountains mission is still not registering the second Dog Tag. This Tag is gained by climbing a ladder on a column numbered 'A2' just before you climb under the gate. 
Any way to fix this because it's annoying as hell that something so simple is holding me back from getting the 100%?
