KUNLUN MOUNTAINS no floor

I have the exact same problem!

Where the elevator should be its pitch black, sky is visible but the floor is missing. Teammates are shooting, but falling and glitching back up again to where the floor should be.

The only think I can think of is the AMD beta drivers Im using. Ill install the standard driver and will let you know.

Running on 3570K and HD7950 Win7 64bit

Hmm installing the latest non-beta AMD drivers did not help :'(

Neither did changing all video settings to low

I am having the same issue on XBOX 360.

SAME HERE!!! PC can't continue campain!! This needs to be fixed!!

I am having the same problem. I have tried the installation repair and updating the video driver.

i had this problem as well! anyone manage to fix it...?

Sigh, playing on my 360 and finally got to playing the campaign.  Was really digging the story and the game overall until I reached the top of the elevator and, like everyone else is saying, there's an endless falling loop and I can't proceed.  Are there any word on updates on this particular issue?

For what it's worth....I have the same problem on the PS4. Great shame - really enjoying the game (at least once I learned to back up every saved game online before closing down after 3 experiences of losing all Campaign progress with a corrupted file).

Sad thing is - I will now park BF4 and not even bother with the online effort for a month or so - and go play something else. Will check in Feb/March whether the patches have got to this one....seems like the priority is the online play for now - which I can see makes sense but I always prefer to get my experience in campaign before trying online (I am 40+ and tend to get wiped out quickly otherwise) :-)

I`ve got the same problem on my pc (no floor when I want to go out of the lift at kunlun mountains). A new driver didn`t help, so I can`t continue with the campaign, this is quite poor.

My Hardware:

- i7 2600K @4.5Ghz (rock stable, of course)

- 8GB DDR3 1333

- MSI Radeon HD7950 Twinfrozr Boost Ed. 1050/1450Mhz (also tested @stock and rockstable @Multiplayer with these clocks)

- Windows 8.1 x64 with latest drivers (Catalyst 13.12 whql)
