Yes I had the same problem for Xbox 360 but I was able to fix mine, here is what I did and this might be useful to you. First I restarted the mission kunlun moutains, next is when you get to the elevator part what you want to do is to go in pull the lever to make the elevator go and the DONT move, when he goes into the cutscene of Packer pulling the level put you controller/computer down. Once you hear Dima say "let them go first to eat the bullets" that is when is safe to start moving. Hope I helped
