LA Dice Camo code is not working (PC)

its about the la dice camo: i did all the stuff on an unranked dragon valley server and got my code. i went to a ranked server - waited for 2 mins on the spot pushed the tiny button and entered my c...

    @Hallsing666 You have to be very very fast .... I just did this the other night you only have 3 or 4 seconds to put in each number best to do it with a knife in your hand and not a gun. If you take longer then the 3 or 4 seconds it will disappear on you. What has me worried my code was 9 numbers so maybe as well you have missed 1 number but I am no expert on all this.

    Edit.... and the server must be started for this to work you need 4th person as well as stay on map until it ends. After round disconnect then go to another server and you will be able to put on the LA Dice Skin. 

    Also you will know if code worked due to BF4 friend screaming promoted over and over after code was put in correct. 

    Edit again sorry .... So to get the switch to show up again you need to get off the platform go run about for a min then go stand in area again for the 2 min. This all has to be done very very fast once you hit the switch for the keypad :/

@Hallsing666 I've personally seen 7, 8 and 9 digit codes. The code will only work for the person who entered the 83980800000 code on the keypad by the lantern, so only 1 person per round can get their unique code.

After you enter the code you should hear Neebs from Battlefield Friends shouting "Promoted" over and over. If you don't then you didn't enter it correctly or your code is wrong. If you mess up the keypad disappears and you have to wait another 2 minutes, activate the switch and try again. Also you should leave the server after you hear Neebs screaming (source). And ppl have told me they did it on servers where the round wasn't started and it worked.

    @W4rH0rse @Hallsing666 I helped another two people tonight and one had issues with the code on the ranked server and it was due to he did not enter it fast enough. On is second try he got it :]

    With the ranked server not started / 4  people on the server when I tried it one time it did not work for me. I had to have the round started in order to get my Dice LA skin but who knows maybe I mucked it up somehow. And you are fully correct tonight one person I helped did only have 7 numbers to enter on the ranked server. So I am banking it being 7,8 or 9 numbers is due to the switches on for all lights.
