There are some things that have to be addressed. First of all, AHQ is not a place for reporting cheaters (more on that below), we're a player-based tech support forum that can't do anything about them. Now, the other things:
1) The video you linked contains links to cheat sites in the description. Because of that, linking it is a violation of Terms of Service, so I had to edit link out (plus, it breaks the no name and shame rule)
2) I get your frustration, but there never was and never will be a game where all the cheats are caught instantly. Fairfight does a half-decent job, but it requires a data sample to detect suspicious behavior, which obviously means that some time passes between cheater's appearance and ban.
3) You can report suspects in the following way:
- Go to Origin and select Add a Friend
- Search for suspect's username and go to their profile
- Profile will have an option to report the suspect. Make sure to add as much information as possible, preferably with video evidence.
4) About a refund, if you want to get it, try to follow the steps described here: https://www.origin.com/en/great-game-guarantee - this page has detailed information about refunding. This link contains even more information https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/great-game-guarantee-terms - long story short, refund request can be made within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within 7 days from your date of purchase, or within seven 7 days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first. If you don't meet these requirements, your chances of getting a refund would be extremely slim.
