Lag stuttering when moving mouse horizontally

I am resting easily at at least ~100 FPS, in most maps around 140 FPS. However, when I am moving my aim horizontally (left to/from right) it starts chopping up. It is totally fine when moving mouse vertically (up to/from down).

Uploaded a video on YouTube to show it. Recorded with ShadowPlay which caps the footage at 60 FPS, but there's an obvious difference still. It's a lot worse than in the video.

Any idea as to what might be causing this? I've tried downloading and reinstalling the game from scratch. Using driver version 353.07 released 31 April.

Bumping this. YouTube-video should now be accessible for everyone.

Anyone know what might be the cause of this?

  • Hallo

I don't know if it helps, but for me helped to activate the option "RAW-Mouse-Imput" in the ingame settings under controls. Perhaps somthing with the mouse aceleration?

Edit: I had also to set the mousesensitivity lower to adjust it to my liking.

Raw mouse input is already enabled. Thank you for your suggestion.

Attempted another clean install, downloading everything anew and deleting all previous files. Still nothing.

Any other suggestions? I'd hate to let this issue make me stop playing BF4, as I've been playing avidly it along with previous titles.
